• Provide skilled physical therapy services to our awesome residents
• Create and carry out personalized treatment plans
• Help residents improve mobility, balance, strength, and overall quality of life
• Collaborate with a friendly interdisciplinary team (we actually like each other!)
• Document progress clearly and efficiently

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric setting is a plus (but not required)
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a heart for older adults
• Ability to jump in and help when needed—PRN style!
