Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, or brand development within the beauty industry.
- Proven track record of driving strategic growth, managing complex client relationships, and delivering premium solutions in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.
