The Department of Biology, Marine Biology and Environmental Science seeks Adjunct Professors to contribute to our offerings in Introductory Biology, Introductory Oceanography and Introductory Environmental Science. We occasionally have openings for upper level courses in Marine Biology , Environmental Science, Biology, Human Anatomy & Physiology, Nutrition Science, Genetics and Microbiology.  Application materials posted to this website will be reviewed when specific positions become available.

Applicants should have completed a Masters or other advanced degree in biology, marine biology, environmental science or a related discipline. Particularly strong candidates will have demonstrated past experience teaching undergraduate students.

At the University's discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be excepted where the candidate can demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the University, an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.
