SUMMARY:
The Product Testing Communications team specializes in translation and interpretation catered to Game Quality Assurance. We are a team of Japanese/English language experts with extensive gaming knowledge that facilitates accurate and efficient communication to foster greater collaboration between Product Testing and our partners in Japan. The team also supports business-critical subject matters ranging from technical specifications and product design to business development, strategy, and execution.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Leads a team of bilingual communications coordinators and provides necessary support.
- Performs written and verbal translations related to software development.
- Performs written and verbal translations related to software development, including bug logs, daily correspondence, design documents, market research and white paper testing documents.
- Identifies, documents, and analyzes areas for efficiency improvements (group and department).
- Monitors and evaluates team metrics and assists in forecasting future department needs and priorities
- Ensures compliance with department and company policies and procedures
- Actively engages in ongoing process improvement and drives innovations as well as personal development.
- Develops, maintains, and administers feedback and monitoring programs for staff.
- Observes daily workflow and initiates action-driven conversations with Supervisor for process improvement
