This is a hybrid role.Job SummaryAs the Pharmacy Informatics Manager, under the direction of the Pharmacy Director for Informatics, you will provide leadership and support for the pharmacy informatics team, focusing on engagement, development, and operational excellence. You will oversee project execution and management, including coordination with other enterprise divisions to achieve strategic goals. Your role includes assisting with Specialty Pharmacy Medication Safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with best practices, and collaborating on EHR build requirements to optimize workflows and system integration.
You will manage a team, foster team engagement to maintain productivity and morale, and drive alignment across departments to support high-quality patient care and operational efficiency. As a strategic partner, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of pharmacy technology and informatics solutions, directly impacting patient safety, medication access, and operational effectiveness. You will support the Pharmacy Informatics Fellowship Program through mentorship and coordination activities, educate pharmacy staff, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesThe ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication as well as project management skills; pharmacy domain knowledge in multiple practice settings; and familiarity with pharmacy informatics or data analytics and related technologies.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
