Description
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Excellence & Go-to-Market Execution
- Assist in evaluating and improving sales processes, customer segmentation, and go-to-market models.
- Support digital sales and self-service channel expansion to reduce cost-to-serve.
- Help define lead generation workflows, metrics, and reporting.
- Conduct customer and product profitability analysis (80/20, margin waterfall, etc.).
- Support SKU rationalization and portfolio optimization initiatives.
Digital Transformation & Automation
- Analyze commercial process bottlenecks and recommend automation solutions.
- Support CRM modernization projects and help build/improve workflows.
- Assist in deployment and adoption of new digital sales tools and CPQ/ecommerce platforms.
Data & Analytics
- Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to support sales and leadership decision-making.
- Assist IT and data teams in development of enterprise data lake and connected data systems.
- Support creation of standard commercial performance metrics (pipeline, win rate, retention, price performance).
- Gather business requirements and translate into reporting/analytics needs.
Pricing & Revenue Management
- Support pricing governance, price updates, and discount policy adherence.
- Conduct competitive pricing benchmarks and elasticity analyses.
- Partner with finance and sales to support quarterly pricing actions and value messaging.
Change Management & Commercial Enablement
- Assist in training planning, user guides, and adoption tracking for new systems and processes.
- Support communication and rollout plans for commercial initiatives across business units.
- Assist business units with initiative implementation.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics, Marketing, or related field).
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (Power Query / DAX basics preferred).
- Exposure to CRM or sales tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong communication and business partnering skills.
- Self-starter with curiosity and desire to drive commercial improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience or internship in B2B, manufacturing, or commercial operations.
- Basic understanding of pricing strategy, cost-to-serve, and go-to-market models.
- Experience with workflow automation tools (Power Automate, UiPath, etc.).
