Job Description
Responsibilities
Establish master data governance standards, procedures, and protocols which support the corporate and regulatory requirements. Implement data management techniques and tools to ensure data integrity and validity.
Research, evaluate, design and implement workflow concepts to improve efficiency and accuracy. Analyze, evaluate and process setup/change requests and inquiries while ensuring the quality, integrity and confidentiality.
Audit database, analyze results to ensure data accuracy and relevance, enforce protocols, and identify risks.
Provide data, reporting, analysis and advice to internal stakeholders regarding: best practices, special circumstances, mass uploads, acquisition support, and additional system functionality.
Identify opportunities for process improvement; design and implement solutions. Collaborate with internal departments to address company needs and to assess needs and areas of improvement for future development efforts. Implement best practices and procedural changes for process improvement and compliance.
Conduct continuous analysis of data fields to identify errors. Correct errors through process improvement, validation, education or system enhancements.
Create SQL queries for data analysis, new development, enhancements or maintenance projects.
Create and deliver documentation as necessary to ensure proper use of changed and newly implemented efforts.
Analyze production issues as necessary to determine the cause of the issue and the necessary course of action for resolution.
Prepare test data, conduct testing, and document results for user acceptance testing (UAT).
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in data management OR high school diploma and at least 5 years of experience in data management.
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions.
Experience applying advanced knowledge of data manipulation and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Access and FoxPro.
Experience processing all relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance and drawing clear and concise conclusions.
Experience taking the steps to ensure the assignment/ project is accomplished within tight timeframes.
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred Experience
Project Management experience.
Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary.
Knowledge of and experience with SAP database tables.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$68,640.00 - $99,320.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
