Description
Job DescriptionAs an Assembly Mechanic - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the production efficiency and quality assurance of our manufacturing processes, contributing to the successful delivery of our innovative products to customers.

- Assemble mechanical components and systems according to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of assembly techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience with quality control processes and standards.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in aerospace or industrial manufacturing environments.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
