- Asset and Maintenance Supervisor

Inventory Supervisors are responsible for managing the container/office Inventory and the Inventory Center Specialists who are working on the Inventory. You will also assist your team in doing the work on the containers/offices. This role will oversee employees in multiple locations.
"What You'll Do"
- Manage the I.C. Specialists and the delivery schedule to ensure the branches are meeting the demand for shipment levels
- Manage the inventory in assigned branches and perform audits when deemed necessary by the company
- Perform vehicle audits and report results to the Operation Manager
- Travel to other branches to assist and manage your team including overnight travel approximately once per month
- Perform other duties as assigned
"Must Haves"
- 3+ years experience in construction or related work required
- 1+ year supervisory experience required
- Able to work outside in variable weather conditions
- Ability to use both manual and power tools and follow operating guidelines
- Ability to use mathematics to calculate length, width, depth, etc. as it relates to construction and accuracy of specs and requirements
- Ability to follow spoken and written instruction and work in fast paced construction environment with minimal guidance from leads or supervisors
- Ability to safely perform all tasks and understand Company's safety policies and procedures
- Deliver a high quality output consistent with the Company's standards
- Able to take, record and follow standard measurements and cut or separate materials to specific measurements or quantities
- Be able to work independently and in a safe and proper manner.
- High-energy, can-do, get-results person with high integrity.
"Nice to Haves"
- Prior experience with electrical, welding, HVAC or other specialties preferred
Special Considerations:
- Position requires manual dexterity and the ability to maintain physical activity for most of the day
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and hold or lift a variety of objects
- Able to carry, bend, stoop, turn, kneel, crawl, climb a ladder and other manual labor activities
