This is a role for our New England Branch. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management tasks related to Specialties projects.

Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to support Specialties Operations in delivering construction projects, which meet or exceed Starlite's goals by properly supporting the management of the process and the relationships with clients (Various GCs, Facilities, End Users, etc) and Starlite staff.
- Developing a purchasing schedule and strategy to anticipate, address and resolve purchasing challenges during the early stages of pre-construction.
- Collaborating with Estimating/Precon in set up of projects to insure profitability, meeting the schedule, and client satisfaction.
- Working in partnership with the Starlite Field Super to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule.
- Thorough completion of all financial data and the ability to track project performance throughout
- Maintaining and developing relationships to reinforce a commitment to world-class customer service across the board for all parties involved.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of construction project management
- Must be highly organized, high attention to detail, prioritizes team building, and is driven
- Experience in Specialties or Interior Finishes preferred but not required
- Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering or related work experience
- Software Applications: OST, Bluebeam, MS Office
