Job Description
Under direct oversight, implement and maintain contract pricing for prime vendor and non-prime vendor accounts for branded products. This is a learning role focused on supporting the more entry-level and smaller vendor accounts. The position will serve as a starting point for most coming into this area.
Responsibilities
Obtain or receive data from vendors to maintain contract pricing and tier eligibility.
Create all necessary contracts, added items, and make any appropriate changes.
Make determinations for customer start and end dates for customer pricing and vendor rebating using established department standards.
Ensure contracts are set up correctly and customers are aligned to the correct contracts.
Maintain standard operating procedures for each vendor's portfolio.
Resolve rebate discrepancies.
Work and coordinate with Chargeback team on resolution.
Work with vendor community to research and resolve contract misalignments and contract related issues.
Communicate all aspects concerning fulfillment of contractual obligations with contracting parties.
Requirements
Education
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.
Work Experience
At least 1 year of experience providing customer service to internal and/or external customers including meeting quality standards for services.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Experience providing customer service to internal and/or external customers including meeting quality standards for services.
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts and pivot tables, using text wrap, sorting, vlookups, and if statements).

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$56,160.00 - $78,520.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
