The Muma College of Business operates in an exciting, vibrant, innovation-friendly environment. Minimum Qualifications:Doctoral degree from an accredited institution or the highest degree appropriate at the time of application in the field of specialization with a demonstrated record of achievement in teaching and academic research. Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of Associate or Professor.
Primary Considerations:
1. A PhD in Business with specialization in human resource management from an AACSB (or international equivalent) accredited institution or a PhD in other related disciplines.
2. Evidence of ability to publish in top-level journals in human resource management and related disciplines.
3. Evidence of superior teaching ability.
4. Expectation that the candidate will contribute to the School of Management's strategic initiatives.
5. Overall quality of the candidate as indicated by letters of reference and personal contacts.
Other Considerations:
1. Evidence of ability to make service contributions to the university and the profession.
2. Reputation of program granting the candidate's degree.
3. Background in strategy, entrepreneurship and innovation.

Faculty members are research-active, with recent publications in high-quality management journals.
