Position Overview

Pay Range: $26.27/hr - $27.92/hr + $1.50/hr Shift Premium
Hours: 1:30pm - 10:00pm; Monday-Friday (Overtime as production demands)

Location: Countryside- Sheboygan Falls, WI

Responsibilities

• Support the manufacturing of "great tasting" sausage enjoyed by millions of people around the world

Essential Duties:
• Scan supplies to and from stage area in SAP
• Run Case Packer machine
• Stack pallets
• Do weight checks
• Accurately complete paperwork

Skills

• Take ownership for own and members safety
• Forklift and/or walkie rider experience required
• Mechanical ability to troubleshoot production equipment
• Demonstrated ability to lead other members and work without direct supervision
• Ability to rotate between operation of several different pieces of equipment on a daily and/or weekly basis
• Ability to work in a rotation program and be a back-up operator for other production lines/rooms within the facility is required.
• Proactive team player
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• SAP knowledge preferred, but not required
• Basic math skills required
• Must be able to fill out daily documentation accurately
• Must have desire to learn and grow and share information (educate) with Members
• The ability to occasionally (one to two times per hour) lift/move a pallet in excess of 50 pounds
• Must be able to read production schedules
• Based on business necessity, must be proficient in English.

Ability to pass a pre-employment, post offer drug screen, physical and background check
