Job Summary
Responsible for several air compliance programs, including Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR), Cooling Towers (CT), Benzene Fenceline Monitoring (Bz FLM), Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS), Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines (RICE), and Tanks (Kc LEL monitoring). Coordinator will also be responsible for data evaluations, periodic reporting, supporting refinery personnel on compliance matters related to LDAR, Bz FLM, etc., and participate in on-call duty rotation for spills and agency notifications. The position requires the ability to prepare agency correspondence, utilize Microsoft programs to manage compliance tools, effectively communicate to refinery and contract personnel, maintain program guidance documents current, train refinery and contract personnel, coordinate with refinery and contract personnel on LDAR leaks, Delay of Repair, CT leaks, leaks affecting Bz FLM performance, Internal Floating Roof Tank LEL monitoring, and prepare semi-annual and annual compliance reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School with 6+ years of experience, Associates with 4+ years of experience, OR a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Environmental or related technical field, with 2+ years of experience.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
