Our facility provides short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in a supportive, resident-centered environment. You'll work alongside an experienced rehab team dedicated to helping residents regain function, independence, and confidence.

💰 What We Offer

• Competitive pay: $48-$55/hr, based on experience

🏥 Your Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans
• Help residents improve functional independence and quality of life
• Accurately document progress and outcomes
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Promote a positive, encouraging therapy experience

✅ What We're Looking For

• Active California COTA license
• Positive attitude and passion for helping others
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred (but not required)
