Description
Position SummaryThis position is responsible for designing, developing, deploying and maintaining cloud-based solutions that support company business processes. Under the leadership the Director of Data and Platform Architects, provides technical expertise to inform architecture decisions relating to cloud-based technologies and functions. Maintains awareness of cloud landscape, with a particular focus on Office 365 and Power Platform applications to determine optimal and "best fit" solutions. Assists in the creation of design standards, leveraging forward-thinking technologies while establishing repeatable patterns that increase automation and reduce support efforts. Serves as an integral member of the Information Technology Data and Platforms Team, partnering with team members in both mentor and mentee capacities to promote knowledge sharing and cross-training.
Essential Duties(Other duties within the scope of this position may be assigned.)
1. Designs, develops, and maintains cloud solutions, with primary focus in Microsoft Office 365 and Power Platform technologies.
2. Collaborates with business partners to understand business processes and requirements and works with IT platform architects to build solutions that are functional and efficient.
3. Establishes design patterns that promote repeatable and scalable solutions that are easy to maintain and promote team knowledge sharing and cross-training.
4. Designs cost-effective solutions that optimize resource utilization for high availability and performance.
5. Participates in the identification, implementation, and administration of new cloud-based platforms, services and features that inform business functions to ensure data security, confidentiality, integrity, reliability, and validity.
6. Develops database queries and creates cloud-based reports accurately and in a timely manner.
7. Develops documentation and end user training tools, tactics, and strategies for associates and managers regarding platform use.
8. Stays current with the latest Microsoft features, industry trends, and best practices in cloud development.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The associate in this position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Education/Experience/Certificates/Security Clearance
• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in business or information systems preferred.
• 3-5 Years' experience in a related field required.
• Computer or networking certifications preferred.
• The associate is not required to drive as part of their job duties.
• Associates in this position will be required to successfully pass both state and federal criminal background checks and sex offender check.
• Ability to operate PC and databases required. Experience with current Microsoft Office systems preferred.
?Ability to support Microsoft cloud technology stack with proficiency in Microsoft network, database, and cloud technologies.

Physical Demands/Work Environment/Work Conditions
• General Office Position - The associate is required to lift up to 10 pounds maximum.
• The associate works in a general office environment and is infrequently exposed to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise, fumes, dust, etc.).
