What You'll Do:
As a CNA, you'll provide hands-on care and daily support to our residents in accordance with individualized care plans. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and meals
• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions
• Ensuring resident comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
• Creating a warm and welcoming environment that promotes quality of life
• Collaborating with nurses and care team members to ensure consistent, compassionate care
