Valley Pointe Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a beautifully renovated boutique skilled nursing facility next to Eden Hospital. We are the #1 preferred facility in Castro Valley and we are also ranked "Five Stars" by Medicare and named "Best Nursing Home" by U.S. News and World Report.

The Certified Nursing Assistant position provides quality care to residents; implements specific procedures and programs; reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responds to inquiries or requests for information; and assists the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations.

CNA Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living and activities
  • Document care provided
  • Take vital signs, record, and help with care plan nurses set out.
  • Ensure resident needs and desires are met quickly and appropriately
  • Interact and support other staff within the facility - We are a family!

Required license or certification:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
