Description
Lead the design and execution of compensation data and reporting initiatives across the enterprise. Partner across the compensation team and other stakeholders to ensure compensation programs are supported by accurate, timely, and actionable data. Oversee reporting infrastructure, data governance, and analytics for incentive plans, salary structures, and internal equity. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including wage and hour laws and data privacy standards. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in compensation reporting, providing consultative solutions to business leaders and driving continuous improvement in data quality and reporting capabilities. - 3+ years TR or compensation administration experience
- Any experience in a TR role within a division
- Any experience in compensation administration in a complex, multi-site organization
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel
- Highly analytical, ability to obtain large amounts of data and turn it into actionable insights

- Ability to act with confidence as SME with division leadership in guiding strategies and administration
- Ability to protect highly confidential and sensitive information
Desired
- Bachelor's Degree
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
- Knowledge of Oracle (or highly similar) HCM
- Experience collaborating with Labor Relations on compensation-related matters
- Own the development and delivery of compensation reporting to support compensation planning, incentive payout, salary structure review, internal equity analysis, market data analysis and other miscellaneous total reward analysis
- Manage relationships with internal Associate Operations Team, HR Data, KTD, Labor Relations and external compensation vendor (PayScale)
- Manage annual salary survey process, determine surveys needed, assign and confirm completion
- Oversee access and permissions for compensation data systems, ensuring team members can retrieve and analyze necessary data fields
- Lead a cross functional team to rollout enhanced Total Reward Statements and lead the annual maintenance of compensation related information on the Total Reward Statements
- Collaborate with the HR System and Data Governance team to drive compensation data governance initiatives
- Support organizational effectiveness efforts by aligning compensation structures with job families, functions and structures
- Translate business priorities into reporting requirements and implement scalable solutions to meet evolving data needs
- Partner with HRBPs and Division HR teams to ensure compensation data accuracy and usability in MyInfo and other systems
- Travel up to 15% to collaborate with business units and support compensation data initiatives
