Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support our Data Operations team. You will be is responsible for ensuring all VA certification requirements are in compliance. This position will run reports and audit the completion of mandatory certification/re-certification of all LQTC network physicians according to timelines set by the VA.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintains the administrative aspects of the Company's certification procedures to meet VA requirements
- Responsible for auditing of records of certification/re-certification in the Learning Management System (LMS) by creating and running reports, auditing against master files and regular communication of findings to management
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly reports to track completed courses/audit report certifications which ones are about to expire
- Send notification and follow up with providers that their certifications are about to expire
- Apply prescriptive rules to affected providers to recertify and "expire" their certifications every 3 years
- Pull daily reporting on providers that have not completed the certification/re-certifications which are close to expiration
- Organize and maintain training and audit files
- Provides updates to management in a timely manner
- Prepares files, lists, copies, and other information to support certification audits
- Assist with responses to inquiries or issues escalating as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent GED required
- 0 to 1 year of administrative experience required, preferably working with an LMS
- Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong ability to excel at details, multi-task, and work with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge LMS and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Previous experience working in the Heath care industry
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment

- If you reside in PST: Mon-Fri 8:30 am PST - 5:00 pm PST
- If you reside in MST: Mon-Fri 9:30 am MST - 6:00 pm MST
- If you reside in CST: Mon-Fri 10:30 am CST - 7:00 pm CST
- If you reside in EST: Mon-Fri 11:30 am EST - 8:00 pm EST
