We are seeking a Construction Manager to join our team. in Guaynabo, PR.
The Site Manager is responsible for all on-site operations from groundbreaking to grid connection. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure the seamless, cost-effective execution of solar and battery storage projects—delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage subcontractors, and serve as the on-the-ground link between engineering, procurement, and construction. With Puerto Rico's unique regulatory landscape and climate resilience needs, your expertise will help power communities with clean, reliable energy. Your role
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan on-site activities, including resource allocation, equipment procurement, and milestone scheduling.
- Align construction targets, safety requirements, site organization, and policies with customers and external partners.
- Oversee all on-site operations from area handover to final delivery, ensuring successful execution of start-up, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols.
- Represent the project on-site, fostering strong relationships with clients, local authorities, suppliers, and financial institutions to support field operations.
- Supervise the handling, storage, and installation of equipment delivered by Linxon.
- Manage subcontractor performance to ensure alignment with project quality, safety, and schedule expectations.
- Coordinate logistics for on-site storage and timely delivery of materials.
- Implement and enforce a comprehensive HSE plan in line with company standards.
- Ensure all personnel are trained in HSE policies and empowered to prioritize safety.
- Hold authority to halt activities in the event of OHS violations.
About you
- B.S. or M.S. in Engineering or related field.
- Typical incumbent has 7 years of experience.
- With Associates' degree, 15 years of related experience. Without a degree, 20 years of related experience required.
- Strong technical writing and communications skills are expected at this level, proven through technical presentations, technical papers and/or participation in technical committees.
- P.E. desired.

Additional information
Expected compensation range is between $90,000 - $115,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
