THISPOSITION IS LOCATED IN PLEASANT GROVE CA.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Proactively greets customers on the sales floor or jobsite and accurately assesses the make, type, and quality of new, used, or rental products needed.
- Drives growth within an assigned territory by servicing existing customers and identifying and prospecting potential new customers.
- Pre-qualifies customer needs to prepare and attend demonstrations to support the sales process
- Understands price lists, merchandise programs, and prepares accurate sales quotations.
- Understands and communicates Company credit policy to customers.
- Understands all suppliers warranty coverage and communicates it to customers.
- Understands basic equipment financing.
- Clearly articulates the pricevalue relationship of equipment to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Assists credit and service department with customer disputes when requested.
- Manages relationships and activities in CRM system.
- Utilizes CRM to deliver accurate and timely marketing information.
- Collaborates with sales and rental coordinators to process documentation for sales and rental transactions.
- Some driving will be required.

A minimum of a High School diploma and at least three (3) years industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMust have a valid driver license and a clean DMV report.

WORK ENVIRONMENTThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
COMPENSATIONWage Range Base Salary $24,000 plus commission plan
Wage depends on knowledge, skills and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
