Vitalant is seeking a results-driven, customer-focused, and strategic Customer Experience Manager to provide exceptional support and manage customer relationships across your territory.
As a Customer Experience Manager, your impact is vital. You will act as a customer support professional by providing information and data, supporting training, addressing customer concerns, and proactively improving customer relationships, satisfaction, and engagement. You will create, manage, and execute account plans for assigned customers to ensure success and strengthen Vitalant's partnerships.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll get to:
- Champion customer-facing initiatives and provide subject matter expertise, training, and user support.
- Analyze tracking and trending data, provide internal and external reporting, and recommend improvements to enhance customer relationships.
- Stay informed on industry developments, competitive activities, and customer changes that may impact satisfaction.
- Manage ongoing utilization of Vitalant products and services and oversee implementation of new products or services with assigned customers.
- Act as the voice of the customer within Vitalant operations by providing data, information, and solutions to inquiries and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience: Account or territory management experience in virtual and face-to-face environments preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
- Proficient in using reports, data, and computer systems to evaluate performance and effectiveness
