We are looking for Court Research Associates to join our growing team in West Des Moines! This individual will perform basic analysis of public records from disparate sources including web-based public portals, court access systems and/or verification portals/systems ensuring accurate public record information is included in our databases and/or provided to our clients according to internal company standards.

This is an onsite position located in West Des Moines, Iowa.

What you'll do

• Complete data entry and verify data and information using standard a verification processes
• Validate/complete and document requested data through phone, fax or email contact
• Analyze and research more in-depth data of information requested, utilizing appropriate resources

What experience you need

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Understanding of PC functions, including Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• Google Suite applications and the ability to learn/understand internal Verification Services technology/systems

What could set you apart:

• Strong proficiency in understanding county court records, the nature of county criminal offenses and how they progress through the criminal justice system, and the nuances and differences across varying jurisdictions.
• Experienced within a high-volume, contact center environment
