Debriefer- (Vault)

General Information:

Climate controlled environment. Requires extended time sitting, answering company phone lines, and operating the computer.

DUTIES:

Ensure Quality Customer service and accountability of items keyed into computer system

Required Skills:

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multitask
• Strong verbal and organizational skills

Required Duties:

• Mapping all new and existing customers for the Atlanta and all satellite branches.
• Answering calls and emails relating to coin and currency issues for the branches that are keyed out of Atlanta.
• Keying change orders which consist of coin/currency.
• Working closely with the following teams within the Atlanta branch: Transportation, Vault, and Coin Room
• Working closely with the satellite branches that are keyed out of the Atlanta branch
• Coordinate variable account pick-ups and delivers
• Perform any other duties or special projects as deemed necessary by Management Staff.
• Ability to load/unload bags/boxes of coin weighing an average of 50 lbs. per item several times during a 6 to 10 hour shift, 5 to 6 days a week
• Ability to push wagons, carts, buggies, dollies loaded with cargo weighing up to several hundred pounds
• Unrestricted ability to repetitiously bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn, and reach out
• Ability to perform repetitious lifting of items weighing an average of 50 lbs. each from floor
• Ability to walk continuously between bins and counters
• Ability to stand on concrete floor approximately 20 percent of shift
• Ability to sit for long periods of time, approximately 80 percent of shift
• A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms requirements is required

Working Conditions

• Full-time schedule can potentially consist of an average of 40 to 50 hours/week, with a minimum of 5 days during a 6-day period
