- Conceive, package, and write or edit stories for all sections of Food Network Magazine and HGTV Magazine
- Develop and maintain relationships with Food Network talent and their representatives
- Plan and manage long-term editorial features on Food Network talent
- Identify, recruit, and manage a network of freelance contributors
- Stay current on trends in food, home, crafts, and lifestyle to pitch fresh, creative content ideas
- Collaborate with designers to concept and plan dynamic layouts
- Craft engaging display copy and compelling headlines
- Support the creation and packaging of special editorial projects (e.g., brand books, SIPs)
- Represent both brands in meetings with advertisers and partners
- Demonstrated ability to generate and shape creative, engaging editorial content
- Deep knowledge of home, food, and lifestyle trends
- Exceptional packaging, writing, and editing skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- At least seven years of experience at a consumer food or lifestyle magazine
- A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for working cross-functionally with partners and stakeholders
- Hybrid work schedule: four days per week in our New York City office

The base salary for this role is between $83,000 - $102,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
