Salary range: $157,000 - $225,000
Job Description:
Work alongside other A&M professionals in leading projects and client engagements that focus on large-scale complex insurance and risk advisory strategies and transformations. Advise clients by analyzing corporate challenges, driving cost reductions, revenue growth and profitability improvement. Assist clients to develop and deploy target operating model plans including strategy development, business functions analyses, change management, and program execution. Support transformation projects including risks, issue analysis and business case development, process redesign, technical and functional requirements design assistance, user experience enhancement, and program and change management. Develop complex business improvement plans and independently lead all projects. Deliver on private equity focused initiatives including interim management, strategic planning, capital management, business transformation, performance improvement. Develop financial analyses and scenarios to determine key business drivers that will have the most impact on business performance. Proactively manage client expectations, anticipate project risks, obstacles, and develop contingency plans. Assign appropriate resources, remove barriers, and monitor project outcomes. Identify and pursue opportunities in the market, lead the team to deliver required services on project engagements, and support business development activities. Contribute to sales pursuits by generating new client business and managing and developing client relationships for long term opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or related field and minimum 5 years of (or Master's degree or foreign equivalent as stated above and 3 years of) experience in any occupation involving leading strategic initiatives in the insurance industry. Must have experience working with: transactional support and strategic performance and process improvement; technical project management and business process redesign; providing strategic services in C-suite advisory; building strong insurance marketplace relationships; leading complex performance improvement projects; core insurance operations including claims, policy management and underwriting; process modeling and target operating models; and leading transformation change.
