We're looking for a Discrete Strategic Product Manager to join our team in Alpharetta, GA or remotely in the US. The position is full-time. You'll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Discrete Strategic Product Manager to lead the strategic direction, growth, and lifecycle of our Discrete ERP product. This role will be responsible for driving product vision, aligning with customer needs, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions for discrete manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of market insight, technical acumen, and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable, differentiated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product roadmap for the Discrete ERP suite, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer feedback.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and expansion into new verticals or geographies.
• Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to understand pain points and emerging needs.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning and pricing.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Lead agile product development cycles, prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to sunset.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and ROI, using data to guide decisions.
• Ensure the product meets regulatory and industry-specific requirements such as traceability, shop floor control, and BOM management.
• Stay current with evolving standards in discrete manufacturing and ERP technologies.

About You:

Knowledge, skills, experience:

• 7+ years of experience in ERP product management, preferably in discrete manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and shop floor processes.
• Proven success in launching and scaling enterprise software products.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Confluence).

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with MES, PLM, and SCM systems.
• Experience integrating ERP with IoT, analytics, or cloud platforms.
• MBA or technical degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
