- EFP - Casa Grande Customer Service Representative

Customer Service RepresentativePosition Summary:
The customer service representative acts as a liaison between manufacturing activities and the customer. This position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.
Key Duties Include:
- Perform all job duties in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner.
- Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately.
- Enter and maintain data in the company's MRP system and internal databases.
- Receive and enter purchase orders (P.O.s) into the system.
- Set up new customers following established processes and system requirements.
- Create and manage packing slips, shipping labels, and billing documents.
- Coordinate shipments, send booking requests to shipping lines, and track shipping information.
- Maintain organized shipping records, including statements of origin, shipping costs, products shipped, and receipt dates.
- Send and receive data electronically; email invoices to customers and prepare copies for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Compile, distribute, and file reports and documents as needed.
- Maintain accurate computer and manual records.
- Provide administrative support including answering phones, greeting visitors, and updating records.
- Interact frequently with customers, suppliers, team members, and management to support business needs.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and escalate concerns to the Customer Service Supervisor when necessary.
- Problem-solve shipping issues such as route changes, delays, or rush requests.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
For success, must maintain strong working relationships and communicate in a professional and courteous manner to customer and team members. The position also requires the following key knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language
- Typing proficiency and data entry accuracy
- Computer skills, including basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplication and division using a calculator
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to use hands and fingers
- Ability to stand and walk
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 10 pounds
