Shift - Nights, 6p-6a 2-2-3 Rotation

Starting Rate: $20.20-$23.85 per hour for day shift with a 7% an hour shift differential for night shift.

Work Hours: 12 Hour straight shift, 6p-6a

Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street; South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This position is for our North Plant.

As a Light Equipment Operator, you will:

• Operate finishing and packaging equipment
• Set up and adjust machines for production
• Create job packets and enter final counts into software
• Verify correct information is gathered at the start of the shift to complete the job
• Intermediate computer skills preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 25 lbs frequently
• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and follow job specifications
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Ability to do basic math and computer knowledge
