Description

The Engineering Intern will be responsible for assisting the Engineering Team with projects starting in summer of 2026.

Areas of Learning/Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects effectively while communicating regularly to stakeholders in meeting project timing commitment
• Provide technical skill and knowledge to ensure projects meet facility and customer needs
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
• Create and maintain CAD designs
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, including line and machine optimization
• Participate in site start up activities, including executing project management plans, working with vendors, and site and equipment establishment activities
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and performs job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• MUST BE actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in INDUSTRIAL OR SYSTEM Engineering
• Experience with AutoCAD preferred
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel to local manufacturing plants
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and strong time management skills
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
