Interested candidates should apply to be considered. Essential Functions These are the job duties required of the position.Essential Functions- Maintains soft tile, carpet, terrazzo, marble and ceramic flooring by sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors.
- Performs general cleaning duties to include: waxing and polishing furniture, dusting furniture, disposing of waste paper, washing windows and replacing supplies.
- Performs special cleaning projects utilizing all cleaning techniques and equipment such as floor machines, wet/dry vacuums, and carpet shampoo machines.
- Maintains, upkeeps ands repairs all equipment used for cleaning.
- Transports furniture and furnishings to different locations as needed.
- Abides by and enforces all compliance requirements and policies, while maintaining confidentiality.
- May be required to operate a motor vehicle to travel to and from work sites or transport materials.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required.
- Related duties as required.
