- Executive Assistant/Logistics Coordinator

The Executive Assistant and Logistics Coordinator is the primary support anchor for the Founder of Momentum Park. This role elevates the organization by managing local operations, office logistics, team-wide communications, travel support, and is the lead organizer of the SHERO Mommy Kit Distribution Center. The role requires professionalism, warmth, impeccable organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, mission driven, start-up environment.
You will work directly with Dr. Renaisa Anthony, support the SHERO teams, coordinate tech tools such as ClickUp and ensure seamless behind the scenes operations that power Momentum Park's national maternal health mission.

Employment is provided by Heluna Health.
The pay rate for this role is $32.69 per hour.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Executive Support:
- Manage Dr. Anthony's calendar, travel logistics, speaking engagements, and daily priorities
- Maintain scheduling alignment by meeting weekly with virtual assistants
- Anticipate needs and ensure Dr. Anthony is prepared for meetings, events, and presentations
- Assist with correspondence, document drafting, and file organization including receipts, accounting and invoices.
Operational and Logistics Coordination
- Oversee the SHERO Mommy Distribution Kit Center including inventory, organization, restocking, and preparation for distribution
- Assist with grant related administrative tasks, reporting timelines, product donations, grant searches and project based documentation
Team and Technology Coordination
- Learn and support the use of ClickUp for task management
- Help maintain team dashboards, update tasks, and ensure cross team alignment
- Assist with onboarding of new team members
Communication and Engagement
- Assist with graphics for mommy outreach and events, invitations, follow-ups and resource sharing
- Other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
- 2 to 4 years of administrative, executive/personal assistant, operations, or logistics experience in healthcare or startup environments are a plus
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency using ClickUp, Google Drive, texting platforms, or willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality
- A heart for service, community, and uplifting moms

WORK ENVIRONMENT
