Description
Essential Functions- Reviews customer specifications and bill of materials (BOMs)
- Reviews the production schedule to ensure that First Articles are built in a timely manner
- Builds the First Articles (FA) as required to keep production running
- Takes detailed set of jpegs for each new job's First Article and files them in the appropriate customer folder in the Photos share drive
- Send jpegs to appropriate Designers/SCPM's for approvals
- Maintains and cleans sample room
- Logs new samples and discards samples exceeding the year above expiration
- Prepares and sends client's samples
- Requests materials to build First Article
- Creates additional reports are required or directed

Education/Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent desired
Work Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business
- Ability to work on a rotating shift as needed
- Ability to effectively work in teams
- Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with individuals associated with subject matter, as well as communicate findings to other quality representatives
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple and/or complex/highly detailed tasks
- Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding and communicate accurately to carry out detailed instructions (both oral and written)
- Ability to analyze information gathered in order to maintain accurate and detailed records using both computerized and manual means
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to communicate accurately, clearly and concisely in written, verbal and electronic formats
- Ability to establish and maintain very effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work
- Ability to read and write using the English language
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP regulations, and Safety
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrate flexibility and awareness of production
- Bilingual speaker(Spanish/English) preferred
