Shift: 1st shiftSchedule: Monday to Friday / 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $24.00 to $34.00 per hour (based on experience)

We're seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Chambersburg! If you love solving mechanical challenges and take pride in keeping vehicles running at peak performance, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, forklifts, skid steers, and other fleet equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and ensure timely repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff and follow safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of experience as truck or fleet mechanic
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping
Preferred:
- Diesel certifications
- Inspection licenses
- CDL-A license is a plus!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting . Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 75 lbs . PPE provided.
