Assist in the design and/or merchandising of floral items and arrangements for display/sale or in response to customer requests. Provide various customer services. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.Minimum

• Ability to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials, and bulletins

• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws
• Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures, as applicable
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
