Global Technical Product Owner, MRM
This position reports into Director and is based at Summit, NJ.
What you will do
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Global Technical Product Owner for Marketing Resource Management (MRM) to drive a frictionless marketer experience. This individual will champion the vision of MarketingLens"(Aprimo) as the central, streamlined, one-stop shop for marketers-empowering them to be more efficient, effective, and creative in their roles.
The role requires a balance of strategic vision, process design expertise, organizational rigor, and hands-on product ownership. The Senior Manager will lead both an offshore support team and a development team, while working closely with business capability leads, technical partners, and the value realization team to ensure clear alignment between business needs, technical delivery, and measured value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Vision & Strategy
- Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for MRM & DAM, with Aprimo as the core platform.
- Advocate for a frictionless end-to-end marketer journey, ensuring solutions are intuitive, scalable, and future-ready.
- Partner with business capability teams to align solution design with business objectives, KPIs, and value realization goals.
Product Ownership & Delivery
- Translate business pain points and needs into clear features, user stories, and deliverables.
- Drive agile delivery leveraging Scrum (and ideally SAFe) frameworks to ensure effective backlog management, prioritization, and iteration.
- Partner with developers, architects, and offshore teams to deliver scalable, high-quality enhancements and solutions.
Process Excellence
- Design and optimize business processes that maximize adoption, automation, and marketer speed-to-market.
- Implement a feedback loop with end-users to continuously refine workflows and capabilities.
- Establish and govern data standards, tagging schemas, and metadata structures to support automation, analytics, and AI-readiness.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and coach an offshore support and development team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with business capability teams to co-create solution designs, ensuring strong alignment with organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with the Performance Insights & Value Realization team to define, measure, and monitor value delivery of tech investments.
Governance & Value Realization
- Ensure delivery of features and enhancements is tied to business outcomes, not just technical outputs.
- Own xDLC & GxP compliance, security and risk processes as well as ensuring adherence to privacy, regulatory and record retention considerations, where applicable.
- Partner on development of success metrics, dashboards, and reporting to provide transparency on value delivered.
- Serve as a thought leader on marketing operations technology, influencing both near-term delivery and long-term strategic direction.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to optimize system performance and scalability
- Present status reports, progress reports, and documentation to management and business partners to contribute to business planning activities.
What we are looking for

- Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum required, SAFe preferred).
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Ability to partner effectively across business, technical, and analytics teams to ensure delivery of measurable value.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or other global, matrixed organizations.
- Exposure to AI-ready data models, automation, and metadata governance in MarTech platforms.
