Job Description:Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Raleigh, North Carolina and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in North Carolina
- CPR Certified or ability to obtain
- Previous OASIS experience
- Previous experience with Computer Charting6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
Home Health Occupational Therapist Contract Details:
- $1,980 - $2,175 per week
- 13-week contract
- Paid by the hour - not by the visit
- Occupational Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage
