Job Description:
Are you a hospitality professional looking for a rewarding role with little to no nights, weekends, or holiday shifts? This is a unique opportunity to transition your food & beverage or corporate hospitality experience into a MondayFriday schedule, supporting high-level meetings, events, and daily office hospitality needs. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the daily operations of conference services, catering coordination, and pantry/kitchen support.
Maintain consistent service standards across all meeting rooms and hospitality spaces.
Oversee menu planning and presentation for daily catering and special events; ensure alignment with dietary preferences and firm standards.
Ensure all hospitality areas are visually impeccable and meet firm aesthetic and safety guidelines
Assist as requested internal stakeholders (Marketing, Practice Groups, Office Leadership) to define catering objectives, and attendee experience.
Follow cost guidelines and budgets for catering
Assist firm personnel as requested to coordinate with preferred vendors (caterers, florists, , rentals, entertainment, etc.).
Oversee onsite logistics and setup, including catering presentation, signage, décor, room configuration, and hospitality standards.
Develop and maintain an annual event calendar and resource guide for recurring firm functions..
Coordinate with Facilities and IT to ensure all meeting rooms and event spaces are properly equipped and functioning.
Supervise hospitality and conference services staff, ensuring they provide proactive, professional, and client-focused service.
Train and coach team members on hospitality standards, service etiquette, and firm protocols.
Foster collaboration across departments to create a cohesive, service-oriented environment.
Qualifications & Core Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, , Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.

57 years of experience in corporate hospitality, , conference services ideally within a professional services or law-firm environment.
Proven success in managing multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong vendor management
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and presentation.
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event or room-booking software (e.g., EMS, Maptician, etc.) preferred.
Flexible schedule with ability to support early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekend events as needed.
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
The Compensation range for this role is 62,764 to 78,455 USD per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
