What will I be doing?
As a Hotel Manager, you would be responsible for the overall operation of the hotel. This includes but is not limited to:
- Oversee the activities of key guest contact departments including hotel operations and food and beverage.
- Maximize profitability as well as guest and team member satisfaction in a property without a General Manager directly assigned.
- Implement and oversee the daily quality process at the hotel.
- Serve as top operator in GM's position absence.
- Consult with owners and corporate offices, as required.
- Interview, counsel and evaluate staff.
