Under new administration and leadership, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated full-time Housekeeper to join our team. Maintenance Duties:

• Performs basic maintenance tasks as assigned, including minor repairs, touch-up painting, unclogging drains, replacing light bulbs, tightening hardware, and addressing simple work orders within scope of role.
• Completes routine facility walkthroughs to identify potential safety hazards or maintenance needs and promptly reports issues outside of housekeeping scope to the Maintenance Director.
• Assists with room turns, furniture placement, and general upkeep to maintain readiness of resident apartments and common areas.
• Supports emergency response efforts related to maintenance (e.g., water leaks, spills, equipment issues) by notifying appropriate personnel and assisting as trained.
• Collaborates with the Maintenance team to ensure preventative maintenance tasks are completed timely and efficiently.

• Upholds all safety, sanitation, and infection control policies.
• Maintains accurate documentation of completed tasks.
• Provides excellent customer service and communicates respectfully with residents, families, and team members.

What You'll Do:

• Keep public and common areas (lobby, restrooms, floors, etc.) clean throughout the day
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and bathrooms
• Sanitize handrails and high-touch surfaces regularly
• Dust and wipe down walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, towel bars, dispensers, and more
• Empty trash cans and replace liners
• Sweep and mop floors as needed
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and correctly (signage, proper storage, etc.)
• Maintain and organize housekeeping carts and storage areas
• Report safety concerns or resident issues immediately to leadership
• Keep your supervisor updated when cleaning supplies are low

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 year of laundry or housekeeping experience preferred
• Basic reading, math, and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and ask for help when needed
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear
• Frequent use of industrial laundry machines and related equipment

• Low to moderate noise level
• Safe, team-focused environment

This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.
