Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides hardware and software support (training, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting) for the JMH's desktop computer systems, phone systems and all associated hardware and software.
Installs hardware and software in support of new data and voice communication systems and/or application growth.
Answers trouble calls, assesses problem/request and assigns to appropriate technician.
Schedules preventative maintenance on a routine basis for all data and voice communication systems and associated peripherals. Maintains inventory of all computer equipment and parts.
Works with JMH staff, providers, and off-site departments to install and maintain remote access.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Performs other duties as required.
Clearly communicates and continuously supports the Mission and Values of Johnson Memorial Health.
Conducts all activities in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and Johnson Memorial Health policies and procedures including Blood and Body Substance Precautions.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Experience in computer related field preferred.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m
