Our manufacturing facilities located in Clackamas, OR, Vancouver, WA, and Rock Hill, SC allow us to serve diverse markets such as Agriculture, Industrial, Municipal, Rental, and Mining.We are seeking an Inside Industrial Applications Sales professional on-site at our Rock Hill, SC location to manage customer relationships, provide expert guidance on pump solutions, and coordinate sales and logistics to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Summary Description:
The Inside Industrial Applications Sales will manage customer relationships, technical sales, and logistics for pump products, assisting with applications, preparing quotes, and coordinating manufacturing and delivery schedules. This role also involves prospect outreach, attending industry events, staying current on product knowledge, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth project execution.
What You'll Do:
- Manage customer relationships and provide technical guidance on pump applications.
- Conduct outreach, product demonstrations, and support sales efforts.
- Prepare quotes, verify orders, and handle technical correspondence.
- Oversee inventory, logistics, and delivery issue resolution.
- Manage manufacturing schedules, project timelines, and product testing.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activity.
- Update sales and marketing materials to align with market needs.
- Process warranty claims and dealer credit requests accurately.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings.
- Collaborate with sales teams and internal departments to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
What we're looking for:
- Background in sales, customer support, or applications engineering for industrial equipment.
- Familiar with flow, pressure, viscosity, and system troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with pumps, fluid-handling systems, or engine-driven equipment preferred.
- Proven ability to build customer relationships, provide industrial technical guidance, and deliver effective solutions.
- Skilled in coordinating logistics, project timelines, and product demonstrations to ensure successful customer outcomes.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
