What You'll Get to Do

The MP P&D Operator is focused on placing a thermal barrier in the metal extrusion in our Insulbar Department and reports to the Insulbar Supervisor.

This role is perfect for an individual who are focused, a team player, and comfortable working outside.  A vital member of the Insulbar Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Ensures quality in the process including correct documentation, verification of the part, quantities, quality, finish, and the correct length of the metal
• Operate an overhead crane
• Communicate well with peers and management
• Read written instructions and follow verbal instructions
• Multitask, prioritize and work under time constraints
• Regular and predictable attendance, ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of this job

What We're Looking For

• Must be a team player and willing to be trained to work in other areas as assigned
• Must be able to work up to 12 hour shifts Morning, Noon or Night/Overnight, with periods of required overtime
• Manufacturing/Shipping experience is preferred

• Basic math skills in order to support quality and dimensional checks

• Must have at least 1-year experience in a manufacturing facility or similar work environment
