You will report directly to our (title) and you'll work out of our (City, State) location on a (Hybrid, On-site, Remote) work schedule.

- Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Create and manage marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and customer events
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred)

- Experience in managing and mentoring a team
- Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry (preferred)
