Your 'day to day':
- Lead the technology component for our customers in Factories and Labs as the local face for any Technology & Platform Engineering (T&PE) products.
- Keep our customers informed about product portfolio, roadmap and specific planned activities affecting them as well as collecting their feedback on product value and effectiveness and plans affecting our products.
- Actively participate in all local IT projects carrying out accurate adoption of T&PE products, methodologies, standards, and guidelines in order to ensure quality of delivered work and alignment to project requirements.
- Plan and manage local T&PE budget in collaboration with product teams, local T&PE vendors, contracts, and procurement management. Ensure T&PE expenditure, including capital expenditures, are properly documented, budgeted, and approved in line with local and PMI requirements.
- Coordinate and perform hands on last mile local activities (project and incidents) for infrastructure aligned with the T&PE operational model. Manage local T&PE contractors and global vendor representatives, keeping a strong relationship with all support teams to achieve effective end-to-end service delivery, acting as escalation point for critical T&PE incidents or deliverables not matching customer needs.
- Monitor, execute or enforce the execution of activities in line with the Compliance requirements and vulnerabilities reduction.
Who we're looking for:
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Commutable distance to Aurora, CO.
- 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management, with a strong preference for candidates with Managed Services experience.
- Bachelor's Degree of IT or related field.
- Strong knowledge of network management on level of CCNA (certificate, even expired one is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of on-prem. hosting services technology (MCSA, VMware, Hyper-v).
- Experience with Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans for IT Infra services.
- Basic knowledge on AWS.
- 3+ years of experience in Project management in IT infrastructure.
- Basic Service management knowledge (ITIL or other framework).
- Strong experience in vendor management, contractor management, stakeholder management.
