Ready to join a U.S. Best Managed Company? Kent Precision Foods Group, a member of the Kent Corporation Family of Companies, has a fantastic opportunity to join their team as a Lead Operator. This critical role will provide support for the operations departments.

Primary Duties:

• Must be able to operate all equipment.
• Assist Operators as needed.
• Assist Production Supervisor in achieving TPU and production goals.
• Adhere to the production schedule.
• Oversees and participates in line operations from placement of employees to insuring and monitoring all material are available for the day's production.
• keep workstation neat and orderly.
• complete all required documents and report in a timely manner.
• Maintain a good attendance record.
• Adhere to all safety practices set forth by OSHA.
• Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices as set in the KPFG GMP.
• Perform designated clean up and sanitation.
• Keep the work area clean of trash and debris and the floor in a "swept clean" condition.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Computer experience preferred
