Position Summary

As an LPN on our night shift, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with medication administration, and ensure compliance with care standards and facility policies. Your role is essential in maintaining resident safety and comfort during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes promptly
• Assist with daily care routines and respond to resident needs
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Kentucky
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach
