Qualifications:

• Current Hawaii Lpn/lvn License / Certification
• American Heart Association BLS1 to 2 years of recent Long Term Care/chronic Care experience

Long Term Care/chronic Care Lpn/lvn Contract Details:

$1,500 - $1,550 per week*Weekly pay13-week contract with possibility to extendAM shifts available
