Supplemental Health Care is hiring LTC, Psych, SNF Licensed Practical Nurses for contract assignments at a partnering state-supported living facility in Columbia, South Carolina.

Qualifications:

• South Carolina LPN License
• AHA BLS1 year of experience as an LPNLTC, Psych, SNF experience preferred

LTC, Psych, SNF LPN/LVN Contract Details

• $1,141 - $1,239 per week*
• State-supported living center
• This is a group home setting
• Heavy Med Pass
• Duties can include: food prep, light housekeeping and laundry
• Patient acuity may vary by location
• NOC shift available
• 13-week contracts with the opportunity to extend
• LPN/LVN will provide nursing care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility
